Chemical liquid survey and inspection services

AIM Control (AIM Group®)  is a leader in providing Chemical Liquid survey, Hydrocarbon products inspection in bulk and certificate of quality and certificate of quantity for Motor ship Chemical and Motor Vessel Tankers as well on gas and oil products, also for all type of petroleum goods.

AIM Control (AIM Group®)  Chemical liquid inspection will be carried out measurement liquid volume at the holds / tanks of ships and stowage shore-tanks of suppliers and buyers before pumping / during pumping and after pumping at all loading ports and unloading ports in Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Asia and Global by team of oil, gas, chemical liquid surveyors.

Chemical liquid is expressly understood Toluene, Xylene, PPG, MEK, TOPSOL MIX, Acetone, Ethyl Acetate, Mixed Xylene, White Spirit, S97, Butyl Acetate, Toluene, IPA, C-9 Aromatic, Soyabean oil in bulk,   Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM), Others Chemical Liquid in bulk.

  • Verify all certificate are available on board/expiry of each certificate

Sealing

  • Sealing all of ship’s tanks, shore’s tanks and pipes in case needing 

Samples

  • Samples are taken on board vessel before discharging (4-6 samples/grade), shore tanks before loading (3 samples/grade) and after loading (3 samples/grade) – Sample cans are 0.5 - 1L type, prepared by Surveyor. The Notice of Sampling is prepared by AIM Control (AIM Group®) Chemical Surveyor, 2 copies of each grade.

Quality Testing

  • AIM Control (AIM Group®)  lab performs the test on chemical liquid samples to verify the specification with item importance is Purity

  • Also issuance the certification of quality 07 days after day of samples received at  AIM Control (AIM Group®) labs. 

Report

  • Certificate of Quantity: should be issued right after the completion of discharging. The certificate will be made into two original copies for each grade and have the same validity.

  • Final Inspection report and document: should be issued within 2 working days after the completion of service (after having Specific Gravity from TOPS). The report will be made into two original copies and have the same validity.

Time Order
