Building inspection of construction include QA/QC and supervision during the construction phase, comparison of actual construction to the design, verification of proper use of procedures and materials, technical inspection of the structure and supervision of (sub-)contractors. The installations (electrical, heating, air-conditioning...) of a building can also be subject to inspection and testing.
