Before packing

• Carrying out the inspection to find out: Broken, Moisture, Chalky Kernels, Yellow Kernels, Damaged Kernels, Glutinous Kernel, Red and Streaked Kernels, Foreign Matter, Kernels Average Length in mm, Paddy Milling/Kg, Milling Degree, Crop / harvest (year) and basing on specifications of rice in your P.O.

• Other: inspection all of requirement basing on P.O or L/C requirement

Packing period

The packages of rice in bags process will be closely supervised by our supervisors during packages to the right style of rice has been surveyed (against the commercial fraud of the seller for packing different types of rice in unsatisfactory or poor)

• Check & weigh to each tare-bag (empty bag) from: 0.12 kg per bag to 0.15 kg per bag or basing on requirement your P.O.

• Check & weigh to each rice bag in gross weight (after packing) from: 50.12 kg per bag to 50.15 kg, or from: 25.12 kg per bag to 25.15 kg per bag or basing on requirement your P.O (against the lies, deceit of the seller for packing in shortage of rice in each over Tolerances).

• Check to marking printing, content printing, marking color, logo, new bags, size of bag. 

• Check to All bags must be double lined or of material capable of handling rough conditions without rupturing.

• Other: inspection all of requirement basing on P.O or L/C requirement 

If the above quality inspections ok, we are to approve for seller/supplier and sub-supplier carrying out loading rice bags into containers/ vessel’s cargo holds

Loading period

for stuffing into containers

• Record the weather/arrival time of container/container no./truck no.

• Check the inner and outer condition of containers to see whether there is any damage/wet/hole/peculiar smell, leaking . . .

• Check (tally) the quantity of Rice bags loaded and record the condition of outer packaging (master packing & marking)

• Randomly draw and open some Rice bags to re-verify, re-survey that the RICE meet with customer's specification

• Supervise the whole loading process and take photos in details

• Check lasing, securing, dunnage and stowage Rice bags inner of container step by step from a first time of loading until a completed time loading. 

• Record the seal No. and departure time of container

• Collect document of shipment and relative document

For loading into vessel's cargo holds

• Record the weather/arrival time of vessel/ Name of ship./Hold and hatch cover Numbers.

• Re-Check the inner and outer condition of Ship's holds to see whether there is any damage/wet/hole/peculiar smell, leaking . . .

• Check (tally) the quantity of Rice bags loaded and record the condition of outer packaging (master packing & marking)

• Randomly draw and open some Rice bags to re-verify, re-survey that the RICE meet with customer's specification

• Supervise the whole loading process and take photos in details

• Check lasing, securing, dunnage and stowage Rice bags inner of ship's holds step by step from a first time of loading until a completed time loading. ]

• Record the seal No. and departure time of container

• Collect document of shipment and relative document
